Booking and payment

Upon choosing your tour, date, and time, a full payment is required to be paid via NoStress4u. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a receipt and email confirmation for your excursion. Please present a printed confirmation (or a PDF version on your smartphone) to the crew member at the beginning of the cruise. If you desire to pay by Bank transfer, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

Prices

Please note that all prices for services provided by Cobalt Escape are in Euros (EUR). We want to inform you that Cobalt Escape is not responsible for currency fluctuations or additional fees outside its control, such as bank transfer or credit card fees. All prices shown on our website include value-added tax and are subject to change. Cobalt Escape reserves the right to alter or update already published prices on the website without prior notice in cases of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such cost increases beyond Cobalt Escape's control.

Cancellation policy

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel for any reason more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Please check our full cancellation policy.

Booking changes

You can modify your excursion by sending the changes you wish to make to info@cobaltescape.com and receiving our confirmation.

Travel Insurance

The price does not include travel insurance, and we accept no responsibility for personal injuries or the loss of personal belongings. We recommend that each traveler purchase their own travel insurance before going on vacation. All guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour. It is essential to notify us if you have any medical conditions, use medication, are pregnant, or wish to travel with a very young child. Our primary goal is to provide top-quality services with a strong emphasis on safety. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may be physically or mentally demanding for the individual.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are required to follow all safety guidelines provided by the tour operator. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Age

You must be aged 18 years or older to book a trip. Younger people and children can participate in our boat tours, but only when accompanied by an adult or with parental consent.

Alcohol and drugs

We reserve the right to refuse participation to clients we believe are under the influence of alcohol or drugs; in such circumstances, no refund shall be given. Our crew reserves the right to refuse service to any customer whose conduct or manner is likely to offend, upset, or endanger other passengers. In such cases, full cancellation charges apply.

Court jurisdiction

You have the right to judicial arbitration. The Client and our company will aim to settle any potential lawsuits. Agreements not reached become subject to the Split Court's jurisdiction under the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

It is imperative that you read our terms and conditions, and that you contact us if anything is unclear. These terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you book a trip with us, as well as your obligations as a customer.

Client agreement

By accepting this agreement, the client agrees that he/she is bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
