Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, sometimes unexpectedly. If you've booked our tour and are unable to board, please get in touch by email as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help you.

Concerning the limited number of passengers on board, we require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rebooking our tour.

A full refund or rebooking is approved for reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before departure time.

For a reservation cancelled less than 24 hours before departure, or in the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Any cancellation from the customer must be made in writing, by e-mail to booking@xcapecruises.com, to ensure the date of your written cancellation determines the applicable conditions.

In case the agency has to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances/technical issues on our end, or poor weather conditions, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule the tour. If rescheduling is not an option, a full refund will be issued.

Also, the agency reserves the right to cancel the tour in case the minimum number of participants is not met. In those cases, guests will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

Be aware that, in the case of a refund, bank or processing fees may be deducted from your refund amount.
